Booking Policy

1. Service Area We currently offer free mobile detailing services within a certain area. Locations outside this area may be subject to a travel fee. 2. Appointments & Scheduling All appointments must be scheduled in advance. Please be available at the scheduled time and ensure your vehicle is accessible. 3. Access to Vehicle & Parking The customer must provide: A safe and legal place to work on the vehicle. Sufficient space around the vehicle for detailing (driveways or parking lots are preferred). Access to water and electricity. 4. Payment Policy Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept [cash, credit/debit cards]. A deposit may be required for premium or fleet services. 5. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. 6. Weather Policy In the event of inclement weather (heavy rain, storms, extreme cold), services may need to be rescheduled for safety and quality. We will contact you in advance if weather conditions affect your appointment. 7. Satisfaction Guarantee Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will do our best to resolve any concerns promptly. 8. Liability Disclaimer Onyx Detail is not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose parts, or damage due to compromised paint or trim.
